Doja Cat is showing off her legs – while drinking red wine. In a hilarious new social media post the singer awkwardly poses in a pair of heels and a tube top, eliciting a major response from her . Doja has struggled with body image issues. "Growing up, I definitely had body dysmorphia. Without a doubt. And I've had it since," she told Cosmopolitan Middle East. "It started in my teens, which I think is where it starts for a lot of people. I started really growing and I never really thought I looked good in a lot of the stuff I wore."
Judging from her latest post and the red wine emoji, Doja prefers red wine over white. "Red wine, in moderation, has long been thought of as heart healthy," says the Mayo Clinic. "The alcohol and certain substances in red wine called antioxidants may help prevent coronary artery disease, the condition that leads to heart attacks."
During a recent Instagram Live session, Doja discussed her comitment to fitness. "It used to be rehearsals for award shows," she said. Now she is regular with her sweat sessions, even when she is traveling. "It's hard to get a hotel that has a proper gym," she added. On arm days, she does a lot of weight lifting, including four sets of shoulder presses and bicep curls. "I've just always had noodle arms, my whole life," she revealed.
Doja also works ouot her lower body. Lower body workout day exercises include jump squats and kettlebell exercises. "I love doing squats," continued the rapper. "Don't know why but my bottom half responds to it a lot, and you can see it immediately."
Doja uses workout buddies to keep her motivated to work out. "My friends and I are working out together so they tell me what to do," she revealed in her Instagram Live session.
Doja claims that she has "an IQ of 560 because of" sleep, she wrote in a recent post. According to the Sleep Foundation, getting enough z's is a mood booster, promotes heart health, regulates blood sugar, improves mental function, restores your immune system, helps relieve stress, and aids in weight loss.
